The Royale Robooter 24 V Lithium Batteries are designed for long-lasting, high-performance use in compatible Royale Robooter Powerchairs. Lightweight and efficient, they deliver consistent power output to keep users mobile and independent throughout the day.
Please note: The 24 V 12 Ah battery is recommended for airline travel. Individual airlines have differing requirements relative to transport of products with Lithium-Ion batteries. Prior to arranging any air travel with the Powerchair, please confirm with your airline carrier that they accept lithium-battery Powerchairs. The airline has the ultimate decision to allow or deny travel of any device onboard the plane.
Product Description:
These 24 V lithium batteries are purpose-built for Royale Robooter Powerchairs. They offer reliable power for daily use, with intelligent battery management to enhance safety and performance. Easy to insert and remove, they support smooth travel and quick charging cycles.
Each battery features a durable outer casing and internal battery management system to monitor charge levels and protect against overcharging or short circuits. They’re significantly lighter than traditional sealed lead acid batteries, making them easier to transport and handle. Charging is quick and compatible with the Royale Robooter Lithium Chargers.
- The Royale Robooter E80 models come standard with a 24 V 12 Ah battery.
- The Royale Robooter E40, E60-A, E60-Pro-A models come standard with a 24 V 20 Ah battery.
For users wanting to upgrade to a stronger, longer lasting battery, the 24 V 25 Ah is a compatible battery upgrade, suitable for all models. For clients wanting to travel via air with their Powerchair, the recommended battery is the 24 V 12 Ah replacement battery.

Please note: changing the battery will naturally impact drive range and overall weight of the Powerchair.

Freight charges will apply on web orders where applicable. The charge will depend on product size, weight and destination. Please ask for confirmation of delivery charges when placing order. AusMed Health aims to deliver all orders as quickly as possible, but as AusMed Health uses Australia Post we cannot guarantee delivery times. Please contact the customer service team for a tracking number or an approximate delivery date. Alternatively if you have an urgent delivery requirement please advise the customer service team to advise options and costs. AusMed Health provides Australia Post Standard Parcel and Express shipping. AusMed Health shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage caused by circumstances beyond it's control or any orders that have been lost or damaged during the course of its transit.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Orders are processed and delivered Monday–Friday, except for national holidays. Be aware that orders may experience longer processing and delivery times during holidays.
- Orders will take between 1-3 business days to be processed.
- Orders can't be delivered to customers outside of Australia.
- Refunds include the total value of any returned items. Please note that delivery fees are not refundable unless you receive an incorrect item.

I cannot talk highly enough about this company. I purchased 2 boxes of the AMD P2 masks as we were travelling to the US. The post office sent me a text letting me know they had been delivered but they had not. I contacted AusMed and they informed me that the post office was having some problems but they had been sent and would be there in the next day or two. Unfortunately we were flying out that night, when Paul found out about this he jumped in his car and personally delivered two boxes to me in the city. Extremely grateful and would recommend this company to anyone!

Excellent customer service from Frank, I arranged local collection from the warehouse, and we were given great after sale set up advice and support.
I bought box of AMD P2 Masks and Some of N95 BYD From this company they really helpful and efficient. Roger the warehouse manger is really nice guy reply my email really quickly and send the parcels out by express I receive on the second day. What a wonderful service.
