Delivery/Delivery Charges
Freight charges will apply on web orders where applicable. The charge will depend on product size, weight and destination. Please ask for confirmation of delivery charges when placing order. AusMed Health aims to deliver all orders as quickly as possible, but as AusMed Health uses Australia Post we cannot guarantee delivery times. Please contact the customer service team for a tracking number or an approximate delivery date. Alternatively if you have an urgent delivery requirement please advise the customer service team to advise options and costs. AusMed Health provides Australia Post Standard Parcel and Express shipping. AusMed Health shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage caused by circumstances beyond it's control or any orders that have been lost or damaged during the course of its transit.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
  • Orders are processed and delivered Monday–Friday, except for national holidays. Be aware that orders may experience longer processing and delivery times during holidays.
  • Orders will take between 1-3 business days to be processed.
  • Orders can't be delivered to customers outside of Australia.
  • Refunds include the total value of any returned items. Please note that delivery fees are not refundable unless you receive an incorrect item.
