AusMed Health aims to deliver all orders as quickly as possible, but as AusMed Health uses Australia Post we cannot guarantee delivery times. Please contact the customer service team for a tracking number or an approximate delivery date. AusMed Health provides Australia Post Standard Parcel and Express shipping. AusMed Health shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage caused by circumstances beyond it's control or any orders that have been lost or damaged during the course of its transit.

I cannot talk highly enough about this company. I purchased 2 boxes of the AMD P2 masks as we were travelling to the US. The post office sent me a text letting me know they had been delivered but they had not. I contacted AusMed and they informed me that the post office was having some problems but they had been sent and would be there in the next day or two. Unfortunately we were flying out that night, when Paul found out about this he jumped in his car and personally delivered two boxes to me in the city. Extremely grateful and would recommend this company to anyone!

Roger the warehouse manger is really nice guy reply my email really quickly and send the parcels out by express I receive on the second day. What a wonderful service.
