Permission to Return and to Receive Credit/Refund

We accept returns on unopen and unused stock. We do not charge a restocking fee, but customer is liable for any postage associated with returning the product. Return must be made within 5 business days of receipt. Refunds will be provided upon receipt and review of returned goods. Please email us at contact@ausmedhealth.com.au to initiate return. 

Cancellation of Pre Orders

For pre payments on special orders there will be a 20% cancellation fee deducted from the refund. Alternatively a store credit can be arranged.

Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise

We will, upon your request, replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a packing error. No product will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise. Filing of claims will be our responsibility.

Title of Goods

Title (ownership) of goods does not pass to the purchaser (customer) until full payment of the invoiced amount has been made.

Pricing

All AusMed Health prices are subject to change without notice. Price charged on orders will be current list price for the account at time of order. Please ask customer service if you require confirmation of prices when placing your order.

Force Majeure

AusMed Health shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage caused by circumstances beyond it's control. This includes but is not limited to an act of terrorism, war, government restrictions, industrial disputes, import or export regulations, civil disturbance and product supplier issues. Should any of these events occur AusMed Health reserves the right to cancel or suspend any contracts without incurring liability for any loss or damage caused.
